Please note that there is a 24-Hour Cancellation policy.  All services require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged. Please change appointment online or call/text Kat at 862-591-4598 to alter any appointments by the 24 Hour mark to avoid 40% service charge.

I ask  to please respect our time as we respect yours. If you are unable to make your appointment, please call as soon as possible. If there is a no call/no show, there will be a 40% charge of booked service. Upon future services, a $50 retainer fee will be required. 

We do not take back opened products. If you need to return an UNOPENED product, you must do so within 7 days of purchase and provide receipt of sale.

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on Packages or Gift Cards.

There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management.
